Why do we need to order online at APP?
Simply, to ensure our inventory is correct! We want your experience at the conference to be as smooth as possible and this allows you to buy our lovely jewellery in the convention hall or from the comfort of your hotel room bed!
What happens if I forget to pick up my order?
Sucks to be you! No, but seriously, things happen and we get it.
Any unclaimed orders at the end of the convention will be contacted and shipped to you at an additional expense.
Are you offering #APP2022 discounts?
Our prices are already as low as we can go, but if you are keen to purchase bulk of any item, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you!
Where is my invoice?
Check your emails. 🙂 To save on paper (and us lugging around a printer), all correspondence at the convention will be digital. If you think there is an issue with your order, please hit us up snap@clickerino.com
Where is your Titanium from?
Our TA 6AL 4V ELI (ASTM F136 implant grade) titanium comes from Carpenter Titanium in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA in the form of ingot rods where it is then manufactured into our jewellery.
Our materials meet the APP jewellery for initial piercings. You can even check out our Mill Certificates if you don’t want to just take our word for it. 🙂
Why can’t I find you on google?
For the same reason we don’t have an Instagram account, we don’t want to outgrow our foundations too quickly and want to focus on organic growth instead.
Do you offer APP discounts?
Currently, we simply don’t have the profit margins to allow discounts however we are corporate sponsors of the APP and fully support their association and its members in every way that we can.
Do your products contain Nickel?
We are happy to announce that ALL of our jewellery is now totally Nickel-free, including our 18kt solid White gold which is now made with palladium instead of the more traditional Nickel alloys or Rhodium plating to achieve a bright white glow.
How are your prices so affordable?
By focusing on a small line of items and making them in large batch quantities, we are able to not only minimise machine downtime and increase productivity but also consequently offer our prices at affordable rates.
We also only sell titanium items in “packs” to drastically reduce picking times. Simply put, through economies of scale.
Why is every item individually bagged?
We like to joke around here that it “locks in the freshness”, but the truth is a little more than just that.
It helps to minimise the natural oxidisation that titanium encounters when exposed to air, turning it “grey” over time and giving a less silver appearance as well as more difficulty to anodise higher voltage colours.
It also drastically decreases the chance of scratching and ruining our lovely hand polish finish.
Are your bags biodegradable?
A great question and something we asked ourselves recently. The short answer is no, however, once we run out of our current stash o’ bags we have vowed to get biodegradable baggies to protect your jewellery.
Why don’t you make the size I want?
We base our production on demand, so let us know if we are missing a size you are after. The more requests, the more likely that we will add them to our catalogue!
Where is the jewellery shipped from?
We currently ship exclusively out of our distribution headquarters in Perth Western Australia using Australia Post.
Where is the jewellery made?
Although our titanium materials are sourced from the USA, we machine our titanium primarily in Shanghai and cast our gold in Bangkok before being shipped to Australia for final finishing and distribution.
Why are the sizes in metric?
Although we include imperial conversions to help those used to inches, we generally measure all our jewellery in millimetres as the majority of the world uses the metric system.
This may be slightly confusing at first, however, with some practice you too can learn metric sizes too!
How does your guarantee work?
We guarantee our jewellery for life and strive to give you the reassurance to offer the same guarantee to your clients.
Each piece is manually inspected, but with moving parts, we understand sometimes breakages may occur during shipping or from regular use.
What ethics do you support?
We fully support fair labour and responsible production of all our hand-finished jewellery.
